Joe Jonas Stuns In Drag, Fans Ask ‘Who Is This Diva?’

In a video shared via TikTok On Thursday, January 16, Jonas, 35, showed himself dressed in clothes. In the six-second clip, the Jonas Brothers star wore full make-up, a layered bob wig and a low-cut black satin dress. He lip-synced over a popular TikTok sound that said, “I’m going rollerblading, don’t touch my stuff!”
In the caption, Jonas simply wrote, “💅.”
Jonas Brothers fans flocked to the comments section of his video to share their reactions to Jonas’ new look. “I’m obsessed with this, I can’t explain it,” wrote one fan, while another said, “this is ✨real✨, this is ✨me✨.”
Influencer from New York Haley Kalil was also in Jonas’ comments section, writing: ‘We know this diva’, while another fan asked: ‘Why do you look like that Patti LuPone.” Another commenter also compared Jonas to the actress Selma Blairwriting: “Tell me why I thought it was Selma Blair 😂😂.”

Jonas didn’t elaborate on why exactly he was dressed in drag — or reveal his potential (please tell us it exists!) drag name. However, he was recently spotted in Toronto, Canada, filming for his brother Nick Jonasan upcoming holiday movie starring his wife Priyanka Chopratrans TMZ on Tuesday, January 14. While not much is known about the new film, it is reportedly a project for Disney+.
Jonas’ life has changed a lot over the past few years. In September 2023, he filed for divorce from his now ex-wife Sophie Turnerwith whom he has two daughters: Willa, 4, and Delphina, 2. His second solo album, Music for people who believe in lovedropped in October 2024. In an interview with Billboard earlier that year, Jonas opened up about the process behind his latest project, calling it both “scary” and “liberating” after the divorce.
“I’m a happy person, and the music should reflect that — but also the journey to get here,” he told the publication in August 2024. “I was going through a lot of life changes, figuring out who I was as a person, a father and a friend, and living under the microscope of what the music industry could be. And I think at such a crazy time in my life, I looked at music as an outlet.”
He clarified that while the album is personal, he had no plans to tear anyone down in the process. “I’m not trying to get to anybody on this album,” he said. “I’m not trying to blow things up.”
Jonas and Tuner were married for four years before news broke of their split in 2023. Jonas filed for divorce, calling their relationship “irretrievably broken.” After several legal disputes over the custody of the children, the couple announced their decision a decision on the division of custody in October 2023.
“After a fruitful and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend equal time in loving homes in both the US and the UK,” Jonas and Turner said. Us Weekly in a joint statement at the time. “We are looking forward to being great parents.”
