Job applicant calls out startup for ghosting, Company responds with background checks, ‘failed as human’

The public outbreak of Tech Professional has been rapidly pushed to the alleged ghosts after hitting the company’s co-founder, produces heat and online behavior.

It started when Ravi Kumar lasted X, to start the start of the startup e-mail addresses after the interview. Answering the post by Pras Gurwer, Kumar claimed that the candidates did not receive proper updates and said: “If you don’t hire for applicants, it’s a deception.”

SPAT caused strong reactions online. Some users who sympathize with Kumar’s disappointment due to lack of feedback, while others felt that the grated crown was justified. “Why was the background check that failed for the candidate for the interview?” Asked one.

Reflecting such an emotion, another user said.
