Jeff Bezos puts his arm around his fiancee’s waist in a viral video

Lauren Sanchez celebrated her 55th birthday with a star-studded bash, joined by A-list friends and her billionaire fiancé Jeff Bezos.

A birthday video of Bezos dancing with Sanchez’s girlfriend Lydia Keeves went viral because of how tight he was holding her.

The video comes after Jeff Bezos denied rumors of a $600 million wedding in Aspen between him and Lauren Sanchez.

Sanchez threw a star-studded party for her 55th birthday, posing with friends like Katy Perry, Kelly Sawyer, Lydia Keeves, Veronica Grazer and Elsa Collins.

At the event, the former TV presenter looked stunning in a sleek leather ultra-mini dress alongside her fiance Bezos.

However, a video of the party circulating online showed the Amazon founder dancing with his arms around Keaves, the wife of talent agent Michael Keaves.

Although Bezos and Quives looked closer than expected, Sanchez didn’t seem fazed. The former journalist was later seen hugging Bezos while he still held Kives by the waist.

​Although the trio seemed to enjoy celebrating together, social media was abuzz with backlash as users questioned Bezos’ cozy moment with another woman in Sanchez’s presence.

Since then, Bezos has gone viral on X (formerly Twitter), and many have wondered why he kept Kives so close to his fiancée.

One commenter wrote: “I’m confused. He’s with his wife, but he’s flirting with a blonde?’ Another added: “He wraps his arms around another woman’s waist right in front of his girlfriend?”

A third joked: “When you’ve got that much money, it’s not hard to get a date,” while another quipped: “Lauren Sanchez, how do you keep women away from your billionaire boyfriend?”

While some disapproved of Bezos’ behavior, others lifted the Amazon founder.

“This guy spent his whole life as an ugly nerd and now he’s a bald king,” the person wrote.

Another asked: “What other reason would you become a billionaire (besides going to Mars?) if you weren’t out of control?”

A source close to Bezos dismissed the online speculation, saying Daily Mail that the billionaire and Keeves are nothing more than close friends.

On the night of her birthday, Sanchez shared a photo of the club lights glowing while partying with friends, giving fans a glimpse into the star-studded celebration.

In a heartfelt caption, she expressed her gratitude for the love she’s received, saying the birthday messages from fans have “brightened” her day.

She wrote: “How it started – how it ended. (A few of my girls are missing from the photo.) What a truly magical evening. I have never felt more grateful or loved. Thank you to everyone who reached out and wished me a happy birthday – you brightened my day in ways I can’t describe.”

She added: “Here’s to another year around the sun, lit by the people who make every moment shine.”

This comes after rumors of Bezos and Sanchez’s upcoming wedding in Aspen spread online following reports that the couple planned to tie the knot the week after Christmas.

The Daily Mail reported claims that Bezos has secured upscale sushi restaurant Matsuhisa in Aspen for a lavish $600 million ceremony on December 28.

Sources claimed that the wedding will take place after the rehearsal dinner on December 26 or 27. However, Bezos quickly put a stop to those claims, moving on to X, calling the story “completely false.”

He told his followers: “This whole thing is completely false – none of this is happening. The old adage ‘don’t believe everything you read’ is truer today than ever.”

Bezos continued: “Now a lie can cover the world before the truth has its pants on. So be careful people and don’t be gullible.’

“It will be interesting to see if all the outlets that have been ‘covering’ and re-reporting this issue will come and go and not happen,” Bezos concluded his post.

Amid marriage rumors, Sanchez opened up about her wedding excitement, revealing during an appearance on the “Today Show” that she was gathering ideas on Pinterest.

“I have to say I have Pinterest — I’m like all brides, so I have a Pinterest board,” she admitted, sharing that she’s researching wedding dress options. “I’m thinking about a dress.”

In November 2023, an interview with Fashion In the magazine, Sanchez discussed the possibility of a destination wedding with Bezos, though nothing is set in stone.

“We’re still thinking about the wedding,” she said at the time. “What will it be. Will it be big? Will it be overseas? We don’t know yet. We’ve only been engaged for five months!”
