Jason Kells changed the photo on social networks to one of his doppelgangers
Jason Kells is the latest celebrity to get the look.
Dozens of bearded men gathered in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square Park in hopes of becoming Kelso’s doppelgänger on Saturday, December 14. The 37-year-old former Philadelphia Eagles center subtly acknowledged the event on social media.
Shortly after the contest, Kelce changed his X’s profile picture to the picture of one of the participants of the event. Although the individual Kells chose to honor bears a strong likeness and is ranked among the top three lookalikes, a person named Paul Crossley earned the most applause from the fans.
“I’m Jason Kelce,” Crosley quipped after the A’s win clip on social networks from the philadelphia sports blog Crossing. In addition to sharing Kelce-like traits, Crosley showed the jock in a hoodie, baseball cap and jeans.
Crosley told a local news agency about it NBC10 Philadelphia there was “very tough competition” at Saturday’s contest. “A lot of the guys looked exactly like me, to be honest, so it was kind of weird,” he shared. “But everyone came along and had a good time, and here we are. We all came together, all of us Jasons, and they were great. They were great competitors.”
Philadelphia has recently hosted other celebrity lookalike contests, including one for Pennsylvania natives Miles Teller and Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts.
While Crosley may have been crowned Kelsey’s unofficial twin, fans have previously noted similarities between Kelsey and several characters from the Christmas classic Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer.

“There is a tweet about me that many of you may have seen. There are about a million of you, actually,” Jason said on a December 2023 episode his and his brother Travis Kelce‘s “New Heights” podcast with a link to a viral tweet comparing it RudolphSam the Snowman.
“I was always like Yukon Cornelius. That’s what everyone always (says),” he added. “And it’s from the same movie, so I was shocked when it got so much airplay because I’ve always gotten that.”
Jason claimed that their father, Ed Kellslooked more like Sam the Snowman than him, which Travis, 35, agreed “a thousand percent.”
Jason isn’t the only member of his family to be compared with lookalikes. Earlier this month Kylie Kells joked that she “a little offended” fans online believe Ellie and her Jason’s 3-year-old daughter looks like Travis. (The couple, who married in 2018, also have daughters Wyatt, 5, and Bennett, 21 months, and currently waiting their fourth child.)
“I was blonde, I had one dimple. I really feel like Ellie could pass for looking like her mom,’ Kylie, 32, told Teaser on December 4 for her new podcast, I Won’t Lie. She added: “If we could jump off the whole ‘Ellie looks like Travis’ train, that would be greatly appreciated because that’s the only one I have a chance to claim when it comes to resemblance.”
