Jason Kelce reacts to the lookalike contest and picks a winner

Jason Kells makes fun of himself after a lookalike contest is held in his honor.
Dozens of doppelgängers gathered at Rittenhouse Square Park in Philadelphia on Saturday, December 14, to become the ultimate doppelgänger of the former Philadelphia Eagles center. Still, according to Kielce, 37, the bar is low.
Monday, Dec. 16 edition of ESPN Countdown to Monday nightKelce expected to talk about football, but his cohosts, led by Scott Van Peltsurprised him with footage from the competition on social media. “What are we doing now? Why is that… – asked a confused Kels.
While his co-hosts quipped about his doppelgangers: “There are five dudes! The guy in the sweater, I thought it was you!’ – Kielce poured cold water on the opinion that he has a unique appearance.
“Newser: Any overweight white guy with a beard looks like me!” he said. “This is an easy competition. There is nothing special about any of these gentlemen except that they are large men with beards and Caucasian complexions.’
Kelce also had his say on who should have won — and it wasn’t the eventual winner.
“That guy was spot on,” he said of one of the top three contestants, who wore a cardigan similar to Kelsey’s Big Lebowski-inspired sweater. In fact, on Monday Kelce changed X’s profile picture to the photo of the person.

Reaction to footage of the eventual winner Paul Crossleywho was wearing a burgundy sweater, he said, “That’s good. I think the guy in the sweater was more accurate.’
“I have a confession to make. It’s actually me, guys,” he quipped about his winner. “I went up to my doppelgänger (competition) and lost. Took second place.”
As admirable as it would be to have your own doppelgänger competition— Timothée Chalamet broke it — that was a bit of a wake-up call for Kelce.
“You know how sad it is to realize that you have nothing unique?” he joked. “Thousands of people are like you.”
Kelce went on to reveal that he also has a celebrity doppelganger.
“You know how often I have been compared Zach Galifianakis?” he said to his comrades. “I love Zach. He’s under 6 feet, for example. We don’t have anything like that. Our hair is not even the same.’
