India Premier League 2025: Rahane, Kolkata Knight Riders Lead Cricket News in Rahane, IPL

Former India International Aggina Rahane, Shreyas Iyer’i will replace Kolkata Knight Horses as the captain in the upcoming IPL.

Defending Champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) appointed the highest ordered Ajinka Rahane, such as Captain for the Indian Premier League (IPL).

After the 36-year-old KKM, Shreias, who kings of punjab kings, fills the gap created by Shrein Iyer.

Kolkata will host Bengaluru Bengaluru in the first match of this year on March 22.

Rahane made a T20 international debut against England in 2011 and made the latest international appearance in the 2023 test round.
