TCL Rayneo X3 Pro display
Based on the smallest micro-Light engine, the full-color display with 2,500 nit is visible while you wear glasses, even in bright sunlight. I tried X3 professionals at MWC, but unfortunately it was in the hall of the dark congress center, so I couldn’t test the screens under different conditions. But I could see them clearly, and they seemed to sit exactly at the right height to provide me with an easy experience of watching without darkening anything.
TCL Rayneo X3 Prod
In a MWC demonstration, I saw the glasses used a camera with the front to explore the signs around me and automatically translate the words and phrases into French using AI (other languages are also available). It was effective, but I couldn’t judge how well the translation of live conversations worked because the hall was too noisy to take individual votes. I also couldn’t try the built -in II agent, as it is currently only working in Chinese. She must be ready to go to English until the X3 Pro hit the international market in mid -May (for about $ 2,000).

TCL Rayneo X3 Pro Design
The X3 Pro is less narrow and bulky than its predecessors. With only 3 ounces, the glasses were light enough to wear without feeling uncomfortable, but still looked comically big on my rather middle head – a problem with most smart glasses. As for the controls of the gesture of the hands of the glasses, they were easy to lift and seemed to work quite flawlessly, which is a rare feat.
Last thoughts so far
Many companies strive to achieve the right balance between aesthetics, wearing and functionality, and TCL approaches a lot. The benefits X3 are ultimately a well -executed vision of what AR glasses should be, where you can see both the screen and the world beyond and around it. One thing we are curious about, but we couldn’t test the battery floor, is Battery Life, which can be a violator of the deal whether we would recommend this product.
