‘I can quit by post-it note,’ say Reddit users as employee’s brief resignation letter goes viral
The letters of the resignation are usually long and extremely formal, employees share their positive experience in the company that they leave. The usual resignation also contains promises to stay in touch and hoping that the employee’s ways are cross with his partners and former manager.
But sometimes people have just had enough days or the job is not just for them and has no time for them. Recently, the user shared a short and sweet resignation of his employee on Reddit.
The user wrote: “Our newest employee was one, then we found it on his desk.” The user’s resignation letter was 7-word long and read. “The charity account is not for me, I went out.”
Redditors had a fairly field day with a brief resignation of an employee with some storytelling when they left their jobs.
“Hey man, if you can shoot me with the text, I can leave a postal note,” commented the Reddit user.
“It doesn’t take 30 years they are shy. You can say from the interview, “said another user.
“Once I wrote my resignation on a napkin, a machine gun, and threw it on the head of the Ops, but they didn’t pay me right there.” Said the third Redditor.
“I took it out on my last employer 3 weeks ago. Just not a notice for no word for anyone I meant to leave me.
“I leave by mail once. The firear and my boss were already a ghost. The intranet is down.
