Hyperx adds Bluetooth to Cloud 3 and New Cloud Jet Dual headphones
HP has announced a number of products at its Amplify conference this week, most of which range from refreshing to unclear new models. But an update that is worth discussing is the Hyperx Cloud 3 S wireless connection, the successor to the popular and excellent Cloud 3 Wireless, as well as the addition of new $ 80 Cloud jet double wireless connection Headphones to the line.
Cloud 3 s adds Bluetooth in addition to 2.4GHz wireless connection over the older Cloud 3 wirelesswhich allows Hyperx to increase its battery life: it says the same 120 hours as the older model when connected through Dongle for 2.4GHz, but since Bluetooth attracts less power, Hyperx now appreciates it at 200 hours when it uses Bluetooth. Like much less expensive dual-mode headsets, Cloud 3 S can only switch between Bluetooth and 2.4GHz, not use them at the same time. One of the big drawbacks to this is that you can’t watch the notifications on your phone while it is connected to your computer – just hear it ring and pick up and control calls. It looks identical to the older model.
The Dual cloud jet works in a similar way, but the new handset is at the entry/step level, with the same aesthetics as Steinger models. It has typical specifications for its class, including battery life from 20 to 25 hours, mesh ears and 40 mm drivers. In a deviation from the typical Hyperx padded pad, it includes an elastic ski skiing skiing similar to SteelSeries.
