Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster spark backlash after sharing a kiss

The pair allegedly started an affair prior to their divorces from their exes, but only recently confirmed their romance when they were seen holding hands after dinner.

Now that their relationship is no longer a secret, Jackman and Foster seemed to let their guard down when it came to showing their feelings for each other.

According to the photos received by Daily Mailthe new couple was spotted sharing a steamy kiss in a car at the San Fernando In-N-Out.

They couldn’t keep their hands off each other as Foster gently cradled Jackman’s face while they waited to get their food.

They also packed PDAs as they got out of the car as Jackman wrapped his arms around Foster and pulled her in for a kiss before giving her a warm hug.

It was a normal outing for the couple. The X-Men star wore a black t-shirt and jeans teamed with sunglasses, while Foster wore an oversized blouse and jeans with sneakers.

Their PDA-filled outing came after Jackman attended Foster’s performance of Once Upon A Mattress in Los Angeles over the weekend. The couple was also seen holding hands on a date in Santa Monica.

According to Daily MailThe intimate meeting between Jackman and Foster sparked a debate among netizens. Some criticized the actor for being insensitive to the feelings of his ex-wife Deborah-Lee Furness.

“Absolutely no reason to do this publicly other than twisting the knife for Deborah,” one fan wrote, while another said: “It’s horrible for his ex to witness, I hope she finds happiness too.”

A third person claimed the duo’s kiss lacked passion, commenting: “Very awkward. No chemistry.”

“Oh, Hugh. I honestly thought you were a nice guy. Flaunting it on people is stupid,” another fan noted.

The couple first met in 2022 at the Broadway revival of The Music Man before allegedly starting a secret romance that insiders say was considered “Broadway’s worst kept secret.”

Amid the criticism, fans have also come out in support of the couple, with one saying: “This is the first time I’ve seen Hugh truly happy.”

It was apparently Jackman’s “affair” with Foster that led to the actor’s nearly 30-year marriage to Furness ending after they announced last September that they were going their separate ways to “continue our individual growth.”
