HP has a smaller and slower version of the Omen 16 Games laptop

HP launches a smaller and lighter version of its Omen 16 play laptop. The omen 16 Slim is 16 percent thicker than the standard modelranging from 0.78 to 0.89 inches (19.9 to 22.7 mm) with thickness when closed. It weighs 5.35 pounds.

HP Omen 16 Slim includes up to NVIDIA RTX 5070 Graphics (There is still no word for the cheaper configurations). Used Processors on Lake Intel Arrowranging from the core at the entrance level ULTRA 5 225H to Core Ultra 9 285h. You can mount it with 16GB, 24GB or 32GB RAM and select between 512GB and 1TB storage levels.

As its name implies, it has a 16-inch display with up to 2.560 x 1600 resolution. (Cheaper configurations are limited to 1.920 x 1,200.) The machine includes 10GBPS USB-C port, along with 10GBPS Type-A, two 5Gbps Type-A, RJ-45 Ethernet connector, 3.5mm.

There is still no formal word for pricing or date of issue, but Air reports This HP is aimed at starting May.
