How to stay motivated after a challenge

After completing a challenge like our Spring Slim Down Challenge 😉 it can be easy to lose momentum and fall back into old habits. But don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to stay motivated and keep up the momentum so you can continue to achieve the goals you’ve worked so hard for!

1. Continue exercising in the MOVE app

Our MOVE application is a great tool to help you keep practicing even after the challenge is over. You’ll have a full workout schedule + all the videos in the video library to choose from, so you’ll never get bored of your workouts!

2. Stay in touch with your accountability group

Checking in with your accountability group can help keep you on track and motivated. Share your progress, challenges and achievements with your group to keep each other accountable even after the challenge is over!

3. Stick to a healthy eating plan

Your workouts will be much more effective when you pair them with a healthy eating plan, so make sure you don’t fall back into unhealthy eating habits. They always exist better and fabulous swaps which are easy to make!
