Spring is in Aiiirrrr and this week I feel all the motivation to combine my life. 😉 I want to empty cabinets and cabinets, clean and spring clean. I also feel like I want to rework some things around the house and put our home gym back together. It has been chaos for some time, and now that the pilot retired, I have great hopes that we can do some things around the house.
I am very excited because Amazon Spring Sales is this weekAnd they have so many great shops on the basics of health and wellness. Barefoot shoes for women. I usually wear Vivobarefoot, but I have seen so many people about them and you can’t beat the price! I ordered a couple to try.
Also amazing price on these hiking/water shoes. I love functional hiking shoes that I can soak if necessary.
Joggers -Ideal for exercise, travel or life with low impact.
This Lulu Align Tank DUPE. I have so many colors and I also like to buy them for liv.
I also have and love this pink.
Classic running shorts that are not too short.
Grippy sock for Barre or Pilates classes.

Fitness Equips/Gear:
Resistance band loops. Love them for home exercise.
Still use your peloton bike and I’m glad we have it for home cardio.
If you don’t have a TRX, it is an incredible tool for overall bodywork.
If you wanted to add a reflection to your routine, look at it.
The pedestrian pad is one way I can hit my step goals every day.

LOOOOOE Our aviation doctors and are on sale !! Start with one, keep it in the area you are most often (you can also put it in your bedroom while sleeping) and add units over time.
