Elon Musk and Grimes are fighting over custody

The former couple have been fighting over custody of their children after Musk sued Grimes for parental rights in Texas.
In court documents last year, Musk said he intended to enter into a written agreement with Grimes regarding custody, possession and access to their children.
Musk also said in his court filing that the lawsuit seeks to establish a “parent-child relationship” between him and the three children he shares with Grimes.
Grimes later countersued Musk by filing a “petition to establish parental relations” in a California court, according to Daily Mail.
She claimed that her ex-partner prevented her from having access to her children and also prevented them from seeing their grandmother, who was terminally ill.
A Travis County official has since confirmed that Musk and Grimes’ dispute in Texas has been settled, but did not specify what they agreed to.

However, he noted, “I have an idea for a big futuristic art project in the Austin area that would be open to the public, but it was too much work to make it happen.
“I am not subscribed to the NYT and have not read the article,” Musk added.

The tech boss recently shocked many on X when he took to the social media platform and admitted to using Mounjaro, a weight loss drug like Ozempic, to achieve his new body goals.
In the post, Musk seemed to be preparing for Christmas, posing in a Santa Claus outfit near the Christmas tree.
In his caption, the tech billionaire wrote: “Ozempic Santa.” He followed it up with another comment: “Like Cocaine Bear but Santa and Ozempic! Technically, Mounjaro, but it doesn’t have the same sound.”
Supporters were divided over Musk’s admission. Many congratulated him on this, while others wondered why he took this path.
