Friday prefers 4.11 – Fitness
Hi friends! Happy Friday! What’s the matter this weekend? We have an event of NCL, two birthday parties and we meet friends by the pool for dinner. I also met my IHP 3 Studies, So I’m planning to do some big catch up.
(Nothing like a US Oskaf Americano and gluten -free donut)
It’s already at the age of 90, but I love it a little. So ready for summer. I hope you have a fun weekend ahead of us!
Last week was our Carmina burana Performance and was epic. (Check out the article here And a small clip from our choir practice.) It was such a gift to be surrounded by so many talented musicians and the place was full; Almost completely sold out for a Sunday show. The pilot brought children on Friday and Madre and Nani came to the show on Sunday. Liv also had a dance competition in the same place, so I was a doubt among the symptoms of performances and a dance mother.
It’s time for a weekly party Faves Party! This is where I share some of my favorite findings from the week and around the web. I always like to hear about your favorite, so please shout something you love in the comments section below.

Fashion + beauty + random:
This week was our first official Homeschooling P. (Liv is happy and prosperous at the school she is overwhelming in January.) I work on a blog post with all the details – it will be on Tuesday – but it will be even better than I expected. We are able to spend some quality time together, learn and also have freedom to adapt the plan as needed. I never intended to be the mother of home school, but so far I love it.
Every day we work to read, write, mathematics and take Maisey for a walk. During the week we add scientific experiments, baking, art, Spanish and social studies/geography. I’m definitely flying on the seat of my pants, but I’m so great to my colleagues Homeschool, who rushed to help me with advice and ideas for curriculum!
He dies over this new collection.

In the end he updated the podcast!
That’s so random, but I love this YouTube channel.
Fitness, health and good food:

Make this blueberry crunchy as soon as possible.
Sweet potato soup with baked cauliflower.
We are all obsessed with Spanish tortillas (And it was an amazing Friday dinner for Lent). Here’s a recipe.
They all buy cars and electronics with the entire tariff situation and I’m a buyer of olive oil. #priority
I just wanted to share this client’s victory in a week! This client was on the platform of weight loss and fought inflammation, joint pain and dry eyes. We played a long game, starting with functional testing to determine the imbalance, balance her body, working on the regulation of the nervous system and repairing its metabolism with a reverse diet.
She has gained a way to cut, and now the same amount of calories we started working, weight loss, thumbs, improving her body, stronger with her training and eye problems, and joint pain. It absolutely crushes and it was amazing to see her progress.

Thank you very much for stopping on the blog today! Have a wonderful weekend and see you soon!
