Festival change games are held in New York on June 26 to June 27
The 22nd Annual Games Festival will be held on June 26 and June 27 in New York under the topic “Design for Tomorrow”.
The event will be held at the design school in Parsons in New York and the band called this week for speakers and awards until February 5.
For more than two decades, the G4C Festival has been the best global event for the unification of game developers, creators, teachers and social innovators who believe in the power of games and the immersive media to stimulate changes in the real world.
Under the topic “Design for Tomorrow”, the festival will study how games and immersive media can promote cooperation in generations, perspectives and sectors. During the two -day festival, the attendees will participate in basic notes, panels, workshops and opportunities to work in the network, focused about three main songs: games and training, civic and social problems and health and well -being. XR programming will be integrated into all songs.
New this year, the G4C will host a series of master class on June 25, where industry managers and game design experts will lead in -depth study sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from high -profile game specialists, as they share their experiences on topics such as internal game development, play power and design and financing. These are carefully cure sessions adapted to the G4C community.
The award ceremony of the Games for Change on June 26, the milestone of the festival, will celebrate high achievements in the social impact games and immersive media. The categories include the most significant impact, the best in innovation and the best story, among others. This year, the awards ceremony introduces a new “Best Project Based Project”, recognizing impactful games and immersive experiences created on established game platforms (such as Minecraft, Roblox or Fortnite Creative) that use built-in tool meaningful social impact.

The previous 21st annual New York Festival has been exploring “The 2030 Marker: Catalyst for Global Changes”, bringing over over 150 speakers from 12 countries. The event brings together 2300 personal and virtual participants for 65 conversations and seminars. Beyond New York, our heads of heads in Africa, Asia, India, Turkic and Latin America have expanded their global impact, connecting Changemakers on the continents.
The group also hosted the second top of Games & SDG at the UN, bringing together 180 leaders to create new partnerships and stimulate action solutions.
Change games also added new board members: Benjamin Golan: Senior Director for Global Policy of Tencent Americas; Samir El Agili: Chairman at Tilting Point; and Mark Stanley: The founder of the strategic gaming team, a play advisor on the planet, and stands for the use of games to deal with global challenges.
Last year, the change impact report is said to have 21 festivals, 86 G4C awards, five G4C global heads, 22 events in global heads, 58,000 students reached 75% students in Title I Schools.
