Fans react when GTA 6 wins an award at the Game Awards 2024

Rockstar Games’ GTA 6 won the ‘Most Anticipated Game’ award at The Game Awards 2024 event, which has certainly delighted fans of the series. The upcoming project from the popular American game studio is making headlines around the world, while breaking many records. Sharing his excitement, a fan named Synth Potato (X/@SynthPotato) commented:

“EASIEST THAN EVER, GOTY 2025 IS COMING.”

It’s worth noting that the “Most Anticipated Game” category had five nominations. They were the following:

• Death Stranding 2: On the Beach
• Ghost of Yotei
• Grand Theft Auto 6
• Metroid Prime 4: Beyond
• Monster Hunter Wilds

While video game fans were eagerly waiting for all of them to be released, GTA 6 swept the final round.

It’s even more surprising that Rockstar Games has already started winning awards earlier Grand Theft Auto 6 Launch.

Some fans hilariously commented that Grand Theft Auto 6 getting the “Most Anticipated Game” award is no surprise.

Some fans also did not forget to request the GTA 6 Trailer 2.

“Well, it’s pretty obvious because even though people want Ghost Of Yotei or Death Stranding On The Beach, GTA VI is the real game that everyone wants”

After releasing the first trailer in December 2023, Rockstar Games has been silent on the matter. However, Grand Theft Auto fans have kept the game hype alive. Taking the essence, a user X named Osvaldo Picasso (X/@HistorySRT) commented:
