Every host of SNL season 50

Saturday Night Live attracted a number of Hollywood leaders to host episodes of its landmark 50th season.
Jean Smart started the season in September by making her SNL debut with a musical guest Jelly roll.
“I can’t tell you how honored I am to host the premiere episode of Season 50,” Haki star burst out in her opening monologue. “It’s really incredible to be here. I never got dressed and hundreds of people didn’t clap for me for days.”
She added: “I remember watching the first episode SNL and thinking, “Someday I’m going to host this show.” And it was the first Saturday that worked with my schedule, but it’s great to be here in New York.”
A few weeks later, Ariana Grande assumed the duties of the manager. At the same time, she quickly impressed the audience with various musical skits and kiss on camera with Angry Castor Bowen Janit was “Domingo” that stole the show.

Gene Smart: Episode 1

In addition to making us laugh in every sketch, Smart also attracted her Haki Castor Hannah Einbinder for surprise cameo September 28. Together, Smart and Einbinder announced Jelly Roll’s second musical performance.
Nate Bargatze: Episode 2

The comedian led SNL Oct. 5 with musical guest Coldplay, where he even starred in the sequel to his 2023 sketch, The Washington Dream. (Bargatse used to accept SNL in October 2023 as part of Season 49.)
Ariana Grande: Episode 3

Grande was joined by a musical guest Stevie Nicks.
“Before I get started, I just want to make one thing clear today: I’m just accepting,” Grande said in her monologue. “I’m not going to make it about me. I’m just going to have fun, relax and be low-key.”
Michael Keaton: Episode 4

Keaton for the fourth time received on October 19 as Billie Eilish performed as a musical guest.
“You know, when the show first premiered in 1975, I was working on a completely different show in Pittsburgh,” Keaton said in his monologue. “I was PA on Mister Roger’s neighborhood at WQED and in the 70s, actually SNL and At Mr. Roger’s there were a lot more similarities than you might think. Lots of puppets, tons of cocaine (and) anyway, Fred was a great guy. He’s everything you thought he was.”
Bill Burr: Episode 5

Burr hosted the Nov. 9 show with a musical guest Mk.gee.
John Mulaney: Episode 6

In Mulani Monologue on November 12he was enjoying life with his 6-month-old daughter, May, and his wife Olivia Mann. Later in the episode, he is reunited with a friend (and former cast member) Pete Davidson for musical sketch about the dangers of the New York Port Authority bus terminal.
Charli XCX: Episode 7

Charlie did double duty on November 16, serving as host and musical guest. Her pièce de résistance included a sequel to Grande’s Domingo, but install “Hot to Go”. Fans were particularly excited that “Hot to Go” contains the same number of letters as “Domingo”, making the section of the song work flawlessly.
Paul Mezcal: Episode 8

Mezcal gave credit to his film Gladiator II with an SNL fake for the December 7 episode, in which he sang in a fictional music trailer. He also rode a broom like Cynthia Eriva Art Angry. (Gladiator II and Angry released in theaters on the same day in late November.)
Chris Rock: Episode 9

Rock, an SNL veterinarian, returned as show hosts December 14. In the “Gall Bladder Surgery” sketch, he reunited with Adam Sandler and they couldn’t stop laughing when Sandler sprayed Rock and the cast with fake blood.
Martin Short: Episode 10

The former cast member returns to host the holiday show on December 21 with a musical guest Hozier.
Dave Chappelle: Episode 11

The comedian is back for the fourth time with the performer GloRilla.
