ABC/Craig SjodinLindsay Arnold couldn’t be happier with the results breast augmentation and lifting.
“I’m on day three post-op and honestly, I’m feeling really good today,” Arnold, 31, said on Sunday, Jan. 19. TikTok. “Yesterday was definitely the hardest day. The operation went well. Everything went as expected.”
The Dancing with the stars alum explained that she gave her surgeon a size range that she originally thought would be 245 to 300 cc. However, before the operation, Arnold changed her mind about using the 265 to 285 cc range, but was “leaning more” towards 265 cc.
“He’ll kind of try them on during surgery and see what looks best on your frame, what fills everything out best,” Arnold noted. “And so I said, ‘I’ll leave it to you. I lean more towards 265 (cc).’ He also agreed, but said he would do what looks best in surgery.”
Arnold noted that she chose the ergonomic Motiva implant. “Motiva is a brand of silicone implants, and ergonomic means they are firm. I wanted very natural, very similar, elastic, not super hard,” she explained. “So you can do a round or so I think (it’s) different options. That’s why I chose the Motiva Ergo.”
In the end, Arnold received a 265cc implant on both sides, which she says she is “very happy” with the size.

“They’re definitely swollen, like, not settled at all. Obviously, it’s only been three days, but I can already see the potential,” she said. “I’m very, very happy that we chose the size that we chose. I think I would be confused if they were bigger.’
After the surgery, Arnold said she had a “scar around the nipple,” called an “anchor scar.” She added: “With the lift, they moved some of that extra skin, moving the nipple higher on the chest.”
As for her profile, Arnold opted for a moderately plus size and also decided to have a muscle procedure.
“My surgeon does this quite often and is a big believer in the technique because you don’t have to cut the pectoral muscle, which was very appealing to me,” Arnold said. “I’m a very active person and I didn’t want anything to affect my muscles. Recovery is a lot easier because you don’t have to wait for the muscle to heal.”

Arnold also got a “GalaFLEX,” which she says is “an internal mesh bra that they put under it.”
“After about 18 months, it dissolves and looks like collagen, but it’s really just to support the lower body, which I love so much,” she said. “That’s it. Here are all the details about my brush, enlargement and lifting. I’m very happy with the results so far and I know it’s only going to get better as they heal and things settle down.”
While sharing the results of her surgery, Arnold said she had fans “so supports” her decision.
“Even if you don’t agree with it or want to do it for myself, I appreciate the respect that this is what I wanted to do for myself,” she said.
Sharing her decision to get a breast augmentation and lift in a separate TikTok video, Arnold said she initially wanted to undergo the procedure once she and her husband, Sam Cusickfinished having children.
Although he and Cusick are “not done having kids yet,” Arnold noted that the couple is in no rush to expand their family. (Arnold and Cusick are parents to daughters Sage, 4, and June, 20 months.)
“I just decided I didn’t want to wait,” she said in December 2024. — Obviously, (I) know there’s a chance that I might need a ride later in life or whatever, but I just don’t want to wait any longer. … We’re just putting (family planning) on hold.”
