The government in the Democratic Republic of Congo is trying to raise the former President Yusuf Kabil’s prosecution after supporting the rebels in the east.

On Wednesday, the Minister of Justice, Permanent Mutamba, said that the “documents, certificate and material facts” connecting the Kabul into the M23 armed group of M23.
