Dizzaract games officially launched as the largest game development studio in the Middle East with 160 people.

Based in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, Dizzaract aims to redefine gaming by combining artificial intelligence, immersive gameplay and blockchain technology. The studio aims to lead the coming wave of AI-based Web3 games.

This is in line with Abu Dhabi’s strategic mission that was recently established Beam Venturesa $140 million fund aimed at investing in Web3 games.

Dizzaract wants to push the boundaries of gaming through proprietary AI frameworks that transform
traditional gameplay into adaptive and interactive experiences. The studio holds registered patents for “Adaptive Machine Learning Framework for Game Assistance” and “Personalized AI Learning and Training Framework for Gaming Systems.” These innovations allow games to dynamically respond to player actions, making each session unique.

“2025 marks the beginning of what we call the ‘AI Supercycle’ in gaming,” said Ilman Shahzaev, founder of Dizzaract Games. “We’re moving beyond scripted events to create living worlds where AI agents adapt to players’ decisions and even emotions in real time. This change will blur the line between games and reality, offering deeply personal and immersive experiences.”

Dizzaract’s flagship game, Farcana, is a team-based character shooter developed on Unreal Engine 5. Work on the game began in 2022, but the company remained stealth. It looks like Overwatch in terms of gameplay, and Shahzaev said he was encouraged to see the recent success of Marvel Rivals, another character shooter that recently took off.

Featuring 24 unique characters with diverse tactical roles and advanced AI integration, the game delivers compelling storytelling and deep strategic gameplay. As the first big-budget game developed in the UAE, Farcana aims to set a new standard for triple-A production quality in the region, presenting a Middle Eastern take on the famous Marvel Rivals.

Additionally, the game includes Web3 features, offering players true ownership of in-game assets and
blockchain-powered economies.

Adaptive and customizable AI frameworks patented by Dizzaract represent a leap forward for the gaming industry. These technologies enable real-time analysis of player behavior, adjusting gameplay, NPC interactions, difficulty levels, and even in-game economies to align with each player’s unique journey. This approach leads to deeper engagement and keeps players immersed in what the studio describes as an “endless dopamine loop,” Shahzaev said.

Dizzaract’s vision goes beyond traditional games. With AI with Web3 integration, the studio is building decentralized economies where players can truly own their in-game assets and identities. The studio envisions a future where digital ownership becomes the standard and web features become the norm in games, allowing players to transfer achievements, avatars and assets across multiple games seamlessly.

Dizzaract wants Farcana to be a triple-A Web3 game.

“Games are becoming more than entertainment,” Shahzaev said. “It thrives in a culture where players are creators, decision makers and stakeholders. AI and Web3 are at the heart of this transformation.”

With the launch of Dizzaract Games, the Middle East cements its position as a key hub for technological and creative innovation in the gaming industry. The studio is poised to lead the charge into a future where gaming becomes a blend of compelling storytelling, dynamic economies and real-world value.

Shahzaev said in an interview with GamesBeat that he made a fateful decision in 2018. He was working on a PhD in the comfort of academia, but was also fascinated by cryptocurrency. During the 2018 crypto crash. he decided to withdraw from the Ph.D. program and focus on crypto entrepreneurship. This turned out to be a very lucrative move and he then started backing a $10 million crypto mining data center. He was also a top class player with a passion for eSports.

All these passions came together in Dizzaract, where he tries to create a balance between Web3, gaming and AI. He wants Dizzaract to revolutionize the gaming industry through innovative technologies such as AI and Web3 and what this means for future game design.

Shahzaev’s vision of how AI will transform player experiences, including real-time adaptations in gameplay and personalized interactions. He predicts that by 2025 games will enter the “AI Supercycle,” with games dynamically responding to player actions, decisions, and emotions in real time. He believes that AI agents will function in games with advantages and challenges. He has seen pushback to the inclusion and adoption of AI, but he believes the benefits will outweigh the negatives.

Shazhaev believes that AI will play a dominant role in the development of Web3 games in 2025. It envisions an AI-driven in-game economy where prices, resources, and events are adjusted based on player behavior and market trends. He also sees the integration of digital property and AI as a catalyst for the creation of entirely new markets for game assets and experiences, similar to the rise of Internet companies in the late 1990s.

In addition to this, Shazhaev notes the growing trend of AI agents, especially their role in managing in-game economies. Recent report by VanECK states that over one million new AI agents will be created by the end of 2025, highlighting their potential impact across sectors. According to Coingecko data, AI agents currently represent a market capitalization of $11.3 billion.

“In Web3 games, AI agents can drive in-game economies by providing real-time insights and keeping systems dynamic and responsive. Web3 is another critical element driving this supercycle. Until 2025 digital ownership will no longer be optional – it will be a basic expectation,” Shahzaev said. “Players will own their assets and identities in-game, seamlessly transferring achievements between games while participating in economies that mirror real-world markets.”

For example, imagine an avatar from one game that transfers its skills, history, and assets to another, creating a unified digital identity. The Epic Games CEO has already envisioned connecting Fortnite, Minecraft and Roblox into a single metaverse where digital assets can move freely between platforms, he said.

“Unreal Engine offers the most suitable platform for mass adoption as millions of players engage daily. AI-driven Web3 games will dominate the market by combining immersive gameplay with decentralized economies,” Shahzaev said. “AI-powered in-game economies will be as dynamic and complex as real-world markets. These games will go beyond entertainment, becoming cultural movements where players act as evangelists, with AI-based avatars serving as extensions of their digital identities.”

He believes that each player’s experience will be uniquely tailored, from storylines to game mechanics, creating deeply personal journeys. This convergence of AI and Web3 will also open up entirely new markets for gaming assets, experience, and even professions.
