Didi accuses CNN of destroying the “original” video Cassie Assault
The rapper’s defense group has launched a shocking claim in new court documents when they accused the news and getting rid of it.
Last year, Sean “Didi” Combs was under fire after CNN threw a short clip that attacked his former girlfriend at the Los Angeles Hotel.

Didi’s defense team claims that CNN has destroyed the “original” video of the attack on Cassie

In new court documents received TmzThe rapper’s team claimed that CNN bought a single video cassette containing evidence of the alleged attack on the Cassie.
Their argument is that the news has destroyed the clip after posting the modified version on the Internet to draw Didi in a bad light.
The rapper’s team and prosecutor’s office filed a joint letter of evidence in their federal case, in which the Diddz team made charges in Bombshell against CNN.
The letter states: “CNN has acquired a single copy of the hotel observation personnel, downloaded these footage to free editing software, changed the video, and then destroyed the original footage, although she knew and repeatedly reported the federal investigation.”

Didi’s defense has even more accused CNN of “illuminating the stamp of time, and then changed the video sequence. It also includes the video acceleration to make it falsely show that the actions in the video happen faster than they are.

Rapper lawyers want the video off from his future trial
It is reported that a building where allegedly an attack on the incident was recorded, an intercontinental hotel, closed in the Los -Andgeles area where it took place.
No other unchanged copies of the record exists as Tmz. Didi’s team now has shown that she plans to file a petition for a video from the future trial.
While Didi did not sue for his actions in the viral video, the prosecutor’s office was reported to be presented as evidence in court allegedly fierce rapper behavior.
It is also worth noting that the video can never be shown in court due to the fact that it is significantly edited, and the judge usually insists on seeing raw and unchanged personnel as evidence.

Didi called the beating of Cassie as a “internal dispute”

In November 2024, lawyers Didi filed Documents of the Court In which they tried to explain some of the tough actions painted in the video.
In one scene, Didi was spotted as he dragged Cassie down the hallway back to her hotel room after she tried to leave the elevator.

Didi mentioned that the incident did not meet the requirements of federal prosecutors on sex or forced sex.

He said the altercation was just a “sad look in a decade of consensus relations” and called it simply a “internal dispute.”
The rapper is currently in prison after his arrest on September 16, 2024 on charges of trading, racketeering and transportation for prostitution.
Didzi apologized for the hard clip of the attack in because of the remote message on Instagram

A few days after the Cassie Assauld video became viral on social media, Didi switched to his Instagram page to apologize for his actions in the video, while, in particular, not mentioning her ex -girl’s name.
In a video-published video, Diddz told about the stroller’s strikes during the Cassie attack, noting that he was “F-COK” at the time.
The rapper said: “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you have to do it. I have been scored.

When Didi shared his video, he was met with a backlash of several people on social media.
Many noted that before the video was released, the rapper spoke about his innocence when Caes and several other women were charged against him.
Caes’ lawyer, Firetog, in particular, made a statement about his apologies, calling Didi’s words “insincere”.
She said: “The last statement of the robb is rather about itself than many people he suffered. When Cassie and several other women acted, he denied everything and suggested that his sacrifices were looking for salaries.”
