Baldwin made the shocking announcement during an appearance on the PBD podcaststating that the alleged footage was specifically marketed to the people who appeared on the tapes.

“He has party videos,” the actor said. “What I’ve heard, and I don’t know how much of it in the mainstream media, I don’t really follow the story that much.”

Baldwin continued, “But what I’ve heard from friends who are attorneys, friends of mine who have represented me before, agents and so on, is that there’s a trade war going on right now.”

During Baldwin’s appearance on the show, he noted that he once met Diddy, who he described as “good.”

“I’ve met him before,” the actor claimed. “Very nice guy, very smart. Super business. He’s very successful. And I think there’s a duality here.”

Baldwin, however, made it clear that he had never been to any of the rapper’s houses with the “night crowd.”

He explained: “There are faces that show up at parties, or events that come to a big party, and then there’s a crowd when everyone starts to leave, and then the doors are locked, and the last Man 40, 30 was… And no on I have never been alone.”

According to Daily MailBaldwin was further asked about Diddy’s alleged “freaks” and whether people who weren’t present were informed of what happened.

“I don’t like to say what I know when I can’t see it… But was it discussed? Were there descriptions of people I know who were on it? Yes,” said the actor.

He then stated that the end of Diddy’s party was much different than the end of a normal party.

“Does anyone ever come up to you at a certain hour and say, ‘Okay, time to go?’ It was like that at those parties,” shared Baldwin. “At a certain time he closed it, but not everyone left. So everyone who wasn’t super famous or “me with him” or whatever was kicked out of the house. You weren’t there.”

The rapper appears to have been denied bail after recently filing a motion to dismiss his appeal.

Documents received in People magazine revealed that the decision was “voluntary”, although Didi’s exact reasons remain unclear.

The Bad Boy Records founder was denied bail for the first time by US Judge Robin Tarnofsky in September following his arrest on sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution charges.

At the time, Tarnafsky ruled that “no conditions” could “reasonably ensure court attendance and public safety.”

Later that month, Diddy was again denied bail, this time by Judge Andrew L. Carter Jr., who cited concerns that the rapper could obstruct justice and tamper with witnesses related to the case.

Just before Thanksgiving, Judge Arun Subramanian, who replaced Judge Andrew L. After Carter Jr. dropped the case, the rapper was denied bail for the third time.

That rejection came despite Diddy’s lawyers offering an “extremely substantial, comprehensive bail package” that included a $50 million bond.

“The court finds that the government has demonstrated clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably ensure public safety,” Subramanian wrote in his ruling, according to USA Today.

He also noted that federal prosecutors presented “compelling evidence of Combs’ propensity for violence,” including a video of the rapper assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura in 2016.
