Special Forces: World’s Toughest Challenge follows the cast as they survive training in Wales at a British special forces selection house.
The show will premiere on January 8, and the cast will face challenges such as using a ladder to get between cliffs nearly 100 feet above sea level, submerging in freezing water and controlling the panic of drowning.
After Richards pointed out that the show’s insurance wouldn’t pay for her breast augmentation, despite the fact that she was injured during filming, Feipers chimed in and said, “Maybe we can work on that after the fact.”

Richards also revealed that her three daughters — Sami, 20, Lola, 19, and Eloise, 13 — were scared for their mom and “very upset” when they found out she had joined the show.
“They didn’t want me to do it,” Richards said. “They were afraid that I would be hurt or killed, and in fact they were very angry. It was the first time in a long time when I was doing different projects or traveling that they were really upset with me.”
“I thought this is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and why not do it?” I was terrified, but once I made the commitment to do it, I was there,” she added.

Richards was also afraid to appear on the reality show
Richards shared the “Special Forces” clip on Instagramand she admitted that she is also afraid of being part of the reality show.
She captioned the post, “No acting, just action,” and in the clip, she opened up about her fear of heights.
“God…I’m freezing and I can’t work,” Richards said. “It’s so scary to be so vulnerable.”
The footage also included the Love Actually actress jumping off a bridge with a camera on her head and a bungee cord. She is also seen jumping from a boat to a helicopter.
The actress says she was “intimidated” by her fellow cast members

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Challenge also stars Stephen Baldwin, Brody Jenner, Christy Carlson Romano, Trista Sutter, Cam Newton, Olympic track and field star Marion Jones, Olympic swimmer Nathan Adrian and former NFL star Golden Tate.
Richards said she was “terrified” when she found out several athletes would be her competitors on the show.
“I was so intimidated by everyone,” said Richards of the cast. “I didn’t know who was going to be there, but I heard there were athletes, and I can’t compete with that.”
“But it’s also the great thing that it’s not about competing with anyone but yourself,” she continued. “And that’s why they strip us, physically, mentally, emotionally and everything.”
