Dave Grohl’s wife to spend Christmas with ‘family’ after scandal: report

“I recently became a father to a new daughter born out of wedlock,” he wrote on Instagram in September. “I plan to be a loving and supportive father to her. I love my wife and my children.”

He continued: “I am doing my best to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We appreciate your consideration for all the children involved as we move forward.”
Bloom has not spoken publicly about the situation or addressed the status of their marriage. Later that month, she was spotted without her engagement ring, according to photos obtained Page six.
Years before the paternity scandal, Grohl, 55, spoke candidly about his first meeting with Bloom in 2001 and said he knew she was his future ex.
“Some bomb comes and starts talking to (my bandmate) Taylor (Hawkins). “I just finished a Tenacious D session,” Grohl recalled Q Magazine in 2007. “I’m wearing Vans, no socks, dirty shorts and a dirty t-shirt, surrounded by beautiful Hollywood.”
Grohl claimed the woman waved at her friend, who was Blum. “I was like, ‘Oh my God. No chance!’ So I just drink and act like an ass,” he explained. “And by the end of the night I was pissed off and looking at her like, ‘You’re my soon-to-be ex-wife.’ So she gave me her number, “Jardin, your soon-to-be ex-wife.”

After their first meeting, Grohl said he and Blum had “seen each other several times.” He added: “But I realized it was the flag, the finish line, and I said, ‘Oh, wait.’ That’s why I refused.”
They eventually rekindled their romance and exchanged vows. Grohl was married before his marriage to Blum Jennifer Lee Youngblood in 1994. The two split three years after Grohl confessed to his infidelity.
It wasn’t the first time Grohl had allegedly cheated. His ex-girlfriend Tina Basic claimed that he broke off their two-year relationship.
“I don’t know how anyone in his profession can have a normal relationship with a girlfriend … or two, as it turns out,” Basic wrote in her 2003 memoir. Very good for a girl. “I learned about it the other way around, through the grapevine, when it seemed like everyone else in the world knew about it but me. … All I got from him was a five minute phone call after five weeks of calling and trying to reach him because I just had to know if there was any truth to the rumor and I had to hear it straight from sources”.
