‘Dance saved my life’: choreographer Sidi larbi cherkaoui over double culture and family
The Belgian-Moroccan dancer of the Genevine’s Great Theater, Belgium-Moroccan dancer, Bolhioui, “Boléro” and “Boléro” and “Ihsane” talks to Dhepthika Laurent. The latter explores complex relationship with his late father and referring to a homophobic kill in 2012. Cherkaoui with his job eliminated the borders of double culture, strange personality and sex.
