Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his wife Amy share the recipe for “a bit” before Christmas

Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his wife Amy Earnhardt shared a recipe to make Santa happy and end the year on a high note. The former NASCAR driver took it upon himself to make a cocktail called the Sugar Cookie Martini with his brand of vodka, High Rock.

Vodka High Rock shared a video from his official X account, where Dale Jr. and Amy explained the recipe for making a cocktail. The video, in which the latter talks about making Santa’s visit “very merry”, has so far received more than 10,400 views.

“Santa is coming to town next week. Did you make sure you’re on the good list, Amy?” Earnhardt Jr. he began the video by asking his wife. Shortly after that, Amy Earnhardt responded.

“Absolutely, the big guy always comes to see me every year. Really. You’re safe! That’s because I always leave something for Santa to make his visit more cheerful like this Sugar Cookie Martini.”

Then Dale Jr. began to spill the beans over the cocktail. Here’s what he said:

“Combine an ounce and a half of tall rock with an ounce of Sugarlands Chocolate Coffee Creamer, an ounce of Mark and Diggers Hazelnut Rum, two ounces of cream, a teaspoon of powdered sugar, and a splash of sugarlands birthday cream.

“Shake and strain into a glass, garnish with a golden sugar rim. Now that’s a nice treat for Santa! We thank each of you for making 2024 a very special year.”

Amy Earnhardt concluded the video with a wish:

“Cheers for a Merry Christmas and happy holidays.”

After his retirement from the sport, Dale Earnhardt Jr. He is actively involved in multiple businesses with his wife, Amy Earnhardt, and his sister, Kelley Earnhardt. From racing to booze, the former NASCAR driver is involved in multiple business fronts.

In 2013, Dale Jr. started with his line of eyeglass frames in collaboration with NY Eyes Inc. He then built the Whiskey River Beer and Wings restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina, which he now co-owns.

Earnhardt Jr. also co-owns Filter-Time, an air filter service, Xfinity Series JR Motorsports team, and in 2022, he and his wife launched High Rock Vodka with Sugarlands Distilling Co.

Dale Earnhardt Jr., the face of the famous Budweiser brewery, launched his own line of vodka, High Rock Vodka. He launched the 88-proof (his signature number) Vodka in partnership with Sugarlands Distilling Co., a company based in Tennessee.

Here’s what he had to say about how the booze idea became a reality, via Forbes:

“They (Sugarlands) came into NASCAR about five years ago. Then we started talking about how we could work together. I was very interested, at that point in my life, I wanted to own it and have something long-term that I could pass on to my kids that everything I focus on now is equity stuff that should be successful in the long run.”

Dale Earnhardt Jr. retired full time Series of cups races at the end of the 2015 season. He has 631 career appearances where he achieved 26 wins, 15 pole positions and 260 Top 10s.
