Cultural tour in Guadeloupe
This week, Paris des Arts takes its cameras to the French archipelago of Guadeloupe to meet Tanya St-Val, ambassador of Caribbean music. He shows us the Duval site on the Petit-Canal, home of the village of Ca, which commemorates Guadeloupe’s famous drummers. Then we go to Bouillante, where we sit down to dinner with chef Jimmy Bibrac, who uses local flavors to season his dishes. Finally, in From Paris with Love, we focus on one of the archipelago’s unmissable street artists, Al Pacman.
