Christina Haak to pay Josh Hall $150,000 to sell Nashville home: documents
Christina Haak will have to pay someone else’s husband Joshua Hall part of the proceeds from the sale of their $4.5 million Nashville residence.
According to new court documents obtained by the court, Haak, 41, was ordered to pay Hall, 44, $150,000. Daily Mail.
“No later than five days after the closing of escrow, (Christina) is ordered to deposit $150,000 from the sale of the home into (Josh’s) limited interest advisory trust,” the statement said.
According to Daily MailThe judge issued the order in October 2024. The documents were filed earlier this month as Haak retained new legal representation.

Haak and Hall were married for two years each file for divorce in July 2024 Earlier this month Art Christina on the coast star confirmed that the divorce has not yet been settled.

This was Haak’s third marriage. She was previously married to Tarek El Moussa and Ant Ansteadrespectively. Haak and El Moussa, 43, have daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, while she has son Hudson, 4, with Anstead, 45.
As for Haak, she hasn’t ruled out remarrying soon.
“I will always love love,” Haak told us in the January cover. “I’ll probably (get married again) eventually. But not in the near future.”
According to Haak, she will first have to “be engaged for at least five years.”
