Christen Harper, wife of NFL star Jared Goff, on California wildfires: ‘It’s a scary, desperate situation’

Christen Harper, wife Detroit Lions Quarterback Jared Goff expressed his sadness over the wildfires that have ravaged the Los Angeles area over the past two days.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model released a video depicting the devastation caused by forest fires in the region and expressed his views on the terrible situation.

“So scary,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “Thinking of everyone throughout Los Angeles (affected) by these devastating fires.

“So many places I’ve loved all my life are gone forever. Friends lost their homes and displaced. Such a scary, desperate situation.

“I think all the brave firefighters and first responders work tirelessly to keep people safe.”

Played with Goff Los Angeles Rams Before being traded to the Lions for Matthew Stafford from 2016 to 2020.

Rams stars Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua offered their thoughts and prayers regarding the devastating situation.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the fires,” Kupp wrote on X. “Thank you to the firefighters, first responders and everyone else who did their best in unimaginable circumstances.”

Nacua added: “Thank you to all the first responders! God bless the affected families!”

At least five fires have broken out in the area since Tuesday afternoon. Many people died and more than 1000 buildings were lost.
