Brittany Mahomes Silences Taylor Swift Controversy After Attending Eras Tour-Themed Party: 'My People'

Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift Like last year, they haven’t spent time together at a Kansas City Chiefs game this season.

These two are the other top stars of the team Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, respectively.

The apparent split came when the two supported different candidates in this year’s presidential election. Mahomes liked a Donald Trump post on Instagram and posted several messages regarding his critics, while Swift publicly supported Kamala Harris.

But both look good.

According to multiple outlets, Patrick and Brittany recently attended Swift’s Eras Tour-themed party, and the quarterback wore a tux similar to the one Kelce wore on stage at a show. Patrick’s wife is dressed in a glittering silver dress.

Brittany posted several photos from the event, some of which included Swift, below the post, “My people” with heart emoji.

And Swift stood or sat next to Brittany in the same room at nearly every Chiefs game last year. However, Swift has only appeared in games with Mahomes twice this year – on Oct. 7 against the Saints and Nov. 4 against the Buccaneers.

The duo made headlines when they sat in separate rooms for the Chiefs’ first game against the Ravens to open the season. The two have been apart since Brittany sparked backlash for liking Trump’s Instagram post. Swift fan groups on social media were partially responsible for Brittany sharing screenshots similar to Trump’s.

After Swift endorsed presidential candidate Kamala Harris on September 10, Trump even joined the controversy. In an interview on “Fox & Friends” the next day, Trump said he liked Britney “more” than Swift.
