Blizzard finally shared How will you work for the characters’ bans in the competitive Overwatch 2S The new step will allow the teams to ban characters who think they are suggestive or annoying to play without letting them play who may want to play their opposite team. The feature is a common part of other racing games like LeagueShe is a meta-game herself.

For Overwatch 2Blizzard hopes to use the “Phase of the Prohibition” most to allow players to remove the characters they find disappointing and collect data to use when the game is balanced. When you first start in a race match, you will receive the option to choose your “preferred character” who signals for your team you don’t want to disable. You will then rank three characters you want to remove from the match with your first choice, given the most and your last choice. Blizzard says all teams and players vote at the same time, but the chat will be blocked between opposing teams until the vote is over.

Once all votes are inside, they are collected using the following instructions:

  • The team with the most votes for a particular character will be considered a “first” team and will guarantee that the character they choose is forbidden. In the case of equality, the first team is resolved randomly.

  • Then the other team became the “second” team. If the characters who voted for a ban were not the forbidden character of the first team, then their most and second most voted characters are forbidden.

  • If the best or second top selection of the team was also the first team, then the third most voted character on the second team was removed instead.

  • Finally, the second most voted character in the first team is forbidden, with the same warning the second team had.

When the number of votes for a character is bound, the game chooses the character voted by the most players in the lobby (not the total amount of votes). Links beyond this are randomly violated, and regardless of how the votes are shaken, there is a limit of two role prohibitions. If you do not want to disable characters or do not know who to ban, you can also miss the vote and let your teammates decide for you.

Blizzard for the first time announced that it would add prohibitions for heroes Overwatch 2 with him Message for Season 15which introduced a system of fins into the game. Bans Hero will arrive with season 16 on April 22, which will also include the new stadium regime, five in five games, where players win currency to spend on upgrades between the circles, and have the opportunity to play in a third party.
