Blake Lively is accusing her ‘Over With Us’ co-star Justin Baldoni of a smear campaign.
A meeting between Ms Lively and Mr Baldoni, along with others involved in the making of the film, took place on January 4 this year and was aimed at addressing a “hostile work environment” on the set.
Ms Lively’s husband, Deadpool star Mr Reynolds, who did not appear in “Break Up With Us”, joined her, according to the legal complaint, which is one step ahead of the trial.
Mr. Baldoni, 40, attended the meeting as co-chairman and co-founder of Wayfarer Studios, the company that produced the film. He also directed the film.
In the legal complaint, Ms. Lively’s lawyers allege that both Mr. Baldoni and Wayfarer Chief Executive Jamie Heath engaged in inappropriate and unwanted behavior toward Ms. Lively and others on the set of “Break Up With Us.”
The filing with the California Department of Civil Rights lists 30 demands regarding the couple’s alleged abuse at the meeting to ensure they can continue to produce the film.
Among them, Ms Lively, 37, asked that Mr Baldoni and Mr Heath not make any further mentions to Ms Lively or other crew members of their previous “pornography addiction”, that Ms Lively no longer describe their genitalia and that “no more BL (Blake Lively) adding sex scenes, oral sex, or climaxing on camera while signing the project outside the scope of the script approved by BL,” the complaint states.
Ms Lively also demanded that Mr Baldoni stop saying he could speak to his dead father.
