The moment almost passed as the ball dangled briefly in Mir’s hands, but he held on, sealing his ‘two-for-two’ magic.

Despite the early setback caused by Mir’s brilliance, Sydney Thunder managed a competitive total of 182/8 in 20 overs, thanks to scintillating knock from the wicketkeeper-batsman. Sam Billings.
