Bambi Checks Scrappy For Calling Her “Mommy”

Bambi does not feel the label “mommy”, especially from where Lil Scrappy. In a recent “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” music video, Bam hits out at her ex-husband for using the term about her. For context, the former couple divorced in 2023, but gave birth to three children named Breland, Xylo and Kali during their marriage.

Bambi Explains Why She’s Not ‘Mommy’

The reality show featured a debate between Amy Luciani, Spice, Scrappa and Bambi. After Amy finished her thought, Scrappy replied, “…I don’t like being in dramas with my little one.”

Bam quickly asked if he was talking about Erica Dixon. He said no and confirmed that he was talking about her. “Don’t call me your mom. don’t do that’ – said Bambi. he replied “What do you mean?” and she doubled her position. At that moment, Carly Red jumped in and said, “That’s your ex-wife.” He then went on to explain what he meant. However, the scene is cut from Bam’s confessional comment.

“When Scrap is in my presence, you will respect me and never call me your mom because you married me and I bore you three children. It will never give mom, – clarified Bambi.

For context, Erica and the rapper share an 18-year-old daughter named Emani, who they had out of wedlock. Although Erica and Scrap dated and were engaged in the early 2010s, Bambi is the only woman he has married and had children with.

In December 2024 he welcomed a second child out of wedlock, a son of Kyrias. Lom conceived a child during the alleged three-way sexual contact with two women, including Kyra’s mother, Shakira.

The valets weigh in on Bam’s position

@thee_only_cici weighed in on Bam mentioning Erica. she wrote “I was with her until she brought Erica the name of a girl you could still point to…because he really wanted to marry Erica, if we’re being realistic…”

Meanwhile, @indexribeabull joked, “It gives the baby to the mother.”

@natural.beauu offered a different perspective, writing, “I have an ex-wife and this n***a could call me his brother IDC.”

But @diamondshinezbright said: “There is a huge difference between a mother and an ex-wife!”

And @chicachicaduhhh_ argued “If you’re not married, you’ll be a mom again…”
