Singer Taylor Swift Obviously, there was some down time in the break from The Eras Tour, which ended very successfully in December 2024.

On Saturday, “Anti-Hero” singer Jeslyn Gorman shared a carousel of twenty photos to sum up her thoughts on 2024. Two of the photos included Taylor Swift, including one of her vacationing on a boat in a bathing suit.

Two photos shared by backing vocalist Jeslyn Gorman show Taylor Swift having the time of her life while on hiatus from ‘The Eras Tour’. In the fifth photo in the carousel, the singer of “Hard Summer” is lying on a boat in the ocean in a two-piece swimsuit, sunglasses and a hat. Her backing vocalists gathered around her, taking in the sunshine.

The next photo appears a bit later in the carousel and shows Swift and her stunt doubles huddled together in what appears to be a doorway. For this, the “All Too Well” singer wore a black dress with flowers and black heels. Her other dancers are also dressed in dresses and other formal attire, as if the group is preparing to have dinner or just a night out on the town.

In the lyrics to “The 1,” her 2020 tune from her pandemic-era album “Folklore,” Swift sings, “We were something, don’t you think so? The rose flows with your chosen family.’ Gorman mentions her “chosen family,” sharing “some things (she) learned in 2024,” as she detailed in the caption of her post.

“Joy is medicine. Grace is a wonderful gift that we don’t give ourselves enough. Don’t worry about the little things, you have life to enjoy. Generosity not only lifts someone else up, but it magically lifts you up as well.

We are capable of more than we can imagine. Strength and resilience is the result of discomfort and hard work,” she wrote, adding, “The family I chose is freaking awesome.”

After teasing that TikTok is “useful for travel planning,” she also works in another Swift lyric, saying she’s “loved more than I ever dreamed.”

“Travel is a spiritual experience, you learn a lot about yourself. Having a safe vulnerable place to express yourself is a privilege. You can’t fix everything.. and that’s okay. Every day is a new opportunity to be the best, to choose grace, to choose joy, to choose love,” she concluded. “To more love in 2025.”

This isn’t the first time she’s shown love to Taylor Swift!

Gorman posted a birthday tribute to the “Love Story” singer three weeks ago, along with a photo from The Eras Tour of the two of them laughing on stage. “A girl whose heart shines through everything and everyone. You light up when you perform and leave such a beautiful glowing ember in every city you touch because you are,” she wrote in the caption.

“And I’ve been blessed not only with a front row seat, but also a part of your spotlight that you so generously shine on me and everyone else on stage…I will never take that kind of love for granted,” she continued. , continuing to write, “You’ve given so much of yourself this year, I hope today you just get all the love and feel like the biggest hugs ever possible. I also hope it assumes you put your poor feet up.’

She ended the message by writing: “Happy birthday to my sweet friend @taylorswift. I love you to Karma and back,” working in another Swift lyric.

A year before that, in December 2023, she shared a video montage on TikTok of the highlight of The Eras Tour in the message of the singer’s hit “It’s nice to have a friend”. In the caption, she again praised the singer’s “heart and generosity.”

Jeslyn Gorman ‘Happy’ To Be Part Of ‘The Eras Tour’

Now that The Eras Tour is all said and done, Gorman looked back fondly on her memories in a Dec. 21 post. The video showed different moments of the record-breaking tour for her song “New Year’s Day”.

Admitting it was “paralyzing and overwhelming” as she tried to explain what the tour meant to her, she admitted she was “trying to find the words through the tears”.

“This experience was more than just a tour for me, more than just a show,” she wrote. “These people I call family, the love we share on and off stage… ‘we’ will be the only ‘us’ we’ll ever be on this amazing, exhausting, record-breaking, joy-filled tour whole life.”

She later called the tour a “blessing” and ended her post with the title of another Taylor Swift song: “Long live the magic that was #TheErasTour … struggling to hold on to the memories. I hope I will never forget it.”
