Back in Groove – Bionicoldguy
Our last round of the thunderstorm has passed (we got five inch rain, yay!), So I could return to my regular exercise routines with longer rides and it was great. As I mentioned in my Last post I got from my documentary to restore strength training, so I did it Thursday and I liked to come back to it. On Tuesday and yesterday I made a longer and heavier ride, challenging but fun. The next days I did easier rides.
During the period I had a bad flare sciatica Which made me shorten the exercise. I’m glad I’m working now and looking forward to returning to my “combat weight” in a few weeks.
