Ariana Grande Teases ‘Something’ New For Fans After ‘Wicked’
Nominee for “Golden Globe”. Ariana Grande (aka Ariana Grande-Butera) is already teasing her next big project.
Fresh off her starring role in the big screen adaptation of Wicked, the 31-year-old multifaceted entertainer talks about what fans can expect to see from her in the coming months.
Grande recently expressed her desire to stay active in the acting world after her performance as the future Good Witch of Oz, Golinda/Glinda Upland, in Wicked.

Ariana Grande says she has “something new” coming out soon.

Walking down the red carpet at the Golden Globes on Sunday, Grande answered questions from reporters about her plans for new music.
“I’m not thinking about it right now,” the artist admitted, “but, you know, there’s something I did last year that will come out someday. This is a supplement to “Eternal Sunshine”. So it exists, and it will be revealed at some point.”
Grande released Eternal Sunshine, her seventh studio album, last March to critical and fan acclaim. Led by the upbeat first single ‘Yes, And?’ the work became the singer’s sixth No. 1 album on the Billboard Top 200 chart.

What Ariana Grande had to say about ‘Joining’ the album

While it’s currently unclear what said “attachment” might look like, Grande previously spoke about her plans to extend the shelf life of “Eternal Sunshine” as much as possible.
In an April Instagram post, she wrote, “I can’t wait for everything (I have) more to go into this (album) cycle (which just started and may it never end).”
To Grande’s credit, she’s already made good on that promise twice.
trans Rolling Stonean expanded edition of the set, known as the “Slightly Deluxe” version, featuring remixes with guest vocalists Mariah Carey and Troye Sivan, will be released less than a week after the March release date.

Last October, Grande released another extended rendition of “Eternal Sunshine,” a “Slightly Deluxe and Also Live” edition featuring re-recorded takes of several album tracks with a 10-piece orchestra.
But what can be said for sure is that there will be no new music in the “app”.
“I’m not in the studio at the moment,” Grande would later say on Sunday night.

No Golden Globe glory for Ariana Grande, but she’s already a big winner

Unfortunately, Grande was unable to win at this year’s Golden Globes.
Initially up for the Best Supporting Actress category for Wicked, the young actress lost the award to Zoe Saldana for her role in Emilia Perez.
However, Grande appeared on stage with the main cast of “Wicked,” including Cynthia Erivo, Michelle Yeoh and Jeff Goldblum, to support director John Chu for the cinematic and box office win.
Accepting the award, Chu gave exclamation to the film’s “wonderful” cast and his parents, who he said loved The Wizard of Oz.

“They told us about the yellow brick road and the place over the rainbow where all dreams come true if you dare to dream,” Chu said. “I’m here looking at you, living the dream and looking at this beautiful, beautiful cast. It’s more beautiful than I ever thought it could be.”
Last week, Grande received her first award of the year for Wicked: the Rising Star Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. This is her first serious acting achievement.
“You don’t know how much this means to me,” Grande told the audience, according to reports PEOPLE. “I have been performing since I was a child, so I never thought that at the age of 31 I would hear the words ‘rising star’ again.”
Then she jokingly thanked “two friends” who helped along the way: “Botox and Juviderm.”
Fans are wondering why a touching scene from ‘Wicked’ was removed
With “Wicked” now available for digital release, fans have been treated to several deleted scenes from the musical drama, including one featuring Grande that some believe should have remained intact.

In the clip, which has gone viral, Grande as Galinda Upland sits in an office with fellow student and close friend Elphaba Throop (Eriva), the future Wicked Witch of the West, as they appear to prepare for a lesson with Madame Morrible (Yo). .
After Galinda tries and fails to get a levitation coin, she questions Elphaba about leaving her on a field trip to free a caged lion from Fierro, Galinda’s love interest (played by Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey).
“I would help you,” Golinda says sincerely. “If you needed someone, it could be me.”

The emotional confession causes Elphaba to look at her friend with new compassion and make a deal.
“I apologize. I made a mistake, she tells Galinda. “I won’t leave you again.”
