Argyle to raise $1M privately (Grey Market:ARLYF)
- Argyle Resources (OTC:ARLYF:) will finish a non-brokered private placement offering units at a price of $0.42 per unit for gross proceeds of ~$1M.
- Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, each giving the right to purchase one common share at a price of $0.53 for a period of 24 months.
