Apple Day Rings Global Close is tomorrow. Here’s how to get a limited edition pin
On April 24, Apple will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Apple Watch to honor the date it first became available to customers. On this day the company will also host Globally close your rings daywhen Apple Watch users are encouraged to close all three activity rings to win a prize with a limited edition. While deliveries continue, you can even provide a special pin at an Apple store near you.
The three Apple Watch activity rings are stand (blue), moving (red) and exercises (green). They can be customized to meet each person’s lifestyle. The stand shows how many times you have stood and move for at least one minute per day, while the movies shows how many active calories you have burned. The exercise monitors how fast your activity you have performed.
How to get an Apple limited edition pin
When you close all three activities on April 24, you can win a prize with a limited edition of 10 animated stickers and an animated badge that you can use in messages. You can also pick up a limited edition pin inspired by the Global Close Your Rings Day Award at Apple Store places around the world while deliveries are the last. Again, this is only until the deliveries continue, so if you want a pin, you may want to visit the local store earlier during the day. If it is walking away, you can walk there to work on closing the rings of your activity.
The benefits of the rings to close the activity
In the announcement of Global Close Your Rings Day, Apple shared the insights from its Heart Study and Apple Movement. Using data contributed by over 140,000 participants, Apple has determined that people who close their ringing of their activity most of the time are 48% less likely to experience Bad quality of sleep73% less likely to experience elevated levels of heart rate at rest and 57% less likely to account for increased stress measured by the perceived scale of stress. These data were consistent in both men and all age groups. The Apple Heart and Movement study was in collaboration with the American Cardiac Association and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. It includes more than 200,000 US participants.
