I started this blog when I was feeling extremely alone. We had just moved to Valdosta, I was a new military wife and had yet to meet any local friends. I never would have guessed it would turn into what it is today, and this little blog has allowed me to support our family while staying home with the kids (that’s huge because of pilots’ schedules and unpredictable hours) and chatting with you. all about wellness and health.
