Andrew Tate: Police may owe more than $3 million in taxes from Milli Tate brothers

At Westminster Magistrates’ Court, Chief Judge Paul Goldspring ruled that financial transactions by the brothers, including the transfer of $12 million to an account in J’s name, were “outright fraud” of the tax authorities.
A lawyer for the force said the Tates were “serial” tax evaders who failed to pay £21m of tax between 2014 and 2022 from their online businesses including War Room, Hustlers’ University, Cobra Tate and OnlyFans.
Andrew Tate, 38, accused the government of “outright theft” in freezing his accounts and seizing “everything they could”.
“This is not justice; This is a coordinated attack on anyone who dares to challenge the system,” Tate said in a statement. “It raises serious questions about how far authorities will go to silence dissent.”

At a hearing in July, lawyer Sarah Clarke quoted from a video posted online by Andrew Tate: “I refused to pay tax when I lived in England.”
He said J, who cannot be named because of a court order, had no connection to the brothers’ business.
Martin Evans, a lawyer for the brothers, argued that bank transfers were “perfectly orthodox” for people doing business online. He said the brothers spent money on a number of “exotic cars” but did nothing illegal.
Proceedings are civil in nature and carry a lower standard of proof than criminal cases. Goldspring had to decide whether the Tates were likely to avoid tax.
Court documents show a total of £2,683,345.88 (about $3.4 million) in seven accounts that police can now seize.
Andrew Tate is a former kickboxer and dual British-US national who has over 10 million followers on X. He was banned from TikTok, YouTube and Facebook after the platforms accused him of posting hate speech and misogynistic comments.
