Analyst says Russian general assassination “fits a pattern”, mostly coming from Ukraine’s SBU

The head of the Russian army’s chemical weapons division was killed in a brazen attack by Moscow on Tuesday. Melinda Haring, Razom’s Ukraine adviser and non-resident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center, said the Moscow assassination was a “shocking embarrassment” for the Kremlin.
