Obviously, almost all students use AI now, in one way or another. A New report From the UK Higher Education Institute (HEPI) found that 92 percent of students used generative AI instruments, such as Chatgptabout their studies. At the same time, 88 percent of these students used it for exams. These numbers are a huge increase from Happy February 2024 report. in which 66 percent respectively and 53 percent participants have transmitted use.

The main reasons students who announce that they use AI include saving time, improved quality of their work and receiving immediate support. The richer, focused on trunk and male respondents were more enthusiastic than AI in the study. Student’s main arguments against the use of AI include charges of fraud, receiving false results or hallucination and obtain prejudiced results. Women and younger students are more likely to express concerns. Hepi examined 1041 British and international students in the UK in December 2024.

Meanwhile, universities tend to achieve well with students in the integrity of their AI policies. Four fifth of the respondents said their school has a clear policy of AI, and in particular 76 percent believe that their university will notice the use of AI for evaluated work (yes, despite the 88 percent they did). Staff is also better prepared to help with AI, with 42 percent of students replied that the staff is "Well equipped," compared to 18 percent last year.
