Adobe has announced the start of 10 agents and an orchestration tool on its Adobe Experience platform. These tools are aimed at specific needs such as client channel commitment, content production, data management and site optimization.
The company also debuted the Concierge brand, a way for organizations to customize their client websites based on their previous brand interactions.
Loni Stark, Vice President of Strategy and Product for Adobe, told Venturebeat in an interview that agents will change the customer experience for both the enterprise and their customers.
