Meta is reported planning a self -chat AI chatbot app

Meta is reported to be placing a self-app for its AI, Meta AI assistant, in an attempt to compete better with chatbots powered by AI as Openai and Gemini’s Chatgpt on Google.

According to CNBCMeta can launch a self-app for Meta AI immediately after the company’s next fiscal neighborhood (April-June). Currently, Meta AI is only available to users through a website and family of Meta apps, including Facebook and WhatsApp.

Meta also plans to test a paid subscription service for Meta AI, which will add unspecified opportunities to the CNBC assistant. The publication failed to learn the price.

Meta AI, which has over 700 million active monthly users, is part of Meta’s multilateral strategy to become a dominant AI space. The company also aggressively launched “open” models like Llama, which it believes can encourage an ecosystem that is competing of Openai.

MET is planning to host its first ever developer conference aimed at AI, LamaconAt the end of April.
