Southern charm‘s Madison LeCroy is always sharing her tips and tricks when it comes to her diet and fitness.

LeCroix started her health journey by completing the 75 Soft Challenge in the summer of 2024. and before moving to 75 Hard in 2025. Both 75 Soft and 75 Hard are fitness challenges created by an author and entrepreneur Andy Frizzella. The programs encourage participants to follow six strict lifestyle rules for 75 consecutive days.

As part of the corresponding 75 tests, LeCroy performed Pilates exercises, cold soaks, sweating in a sauna and other exercises. Although LeCroy has been working out at the gym, she also has a state-of-the-art home gym where she does most of her training.

In addition to the fitness aspect, LeCroy also implemented healthy recipes in her diet, including her big salad for breakfast. Most of the reality star’s creations are alternatives to classic junk food options.

New Year’s motivation

As LeCroy made her New Year’s fitness resolution, she shared some motivational words of support for those struggling.

“It’s that first week of January when we’re all like, ‘OK, I’m done, I’m done with dry January, I’ve been eating more healthy and exercising every day.’ But we will continue,” she said in January 2024 TikTok video. “We’re going to be strong, we’re going to be healthy, that’s the big key to all of this.”

LeCroix then revealed what her day’s workout consisted of: stretching, running on the treadmill, a 45-minute session in the sauna, and a three-minute dip in the cold.

The Bravo personality took to TikTok to talk about how she deviated from her diet.

“Can I tell you what I ate today? So I worked out, sat in the sauna, lost some more weight. Then I had a huge, foot-long, six-wing Philly cheesesteak, medium or hot, with blue cheese. When LeCroy began her journey with 75 Soft, she faced some challenges as she embarked on a new lifestyle.

“The second day I’m on 75 Soft, I know you’ve heard of 75 Hard, but let’s be honest. I’m not going to go 75 days of summer vacation and not eat a pina colada,” LeCroix said in June 2024. TikTok video. “So my problem is with the water intake. I did my size and height and I have to drink 96 ounces of water a day which is six pounds. I feel like I’m going to drown.”

LeCroix joked that it felt like she had been “poisoned” with too much liquid. While the reality star shared her frustrations with the challenge, she admitted she knew she would be “happy” when she started seeing results.

“I kind of sprinkled salt all over the place,” she said in June 2024 TikTok. “I know people say, ‘It’s bad for you.’ But I think if you’re sweating and going to the sauna and all that, you can get away with a little salt. It won’t kill you.”

Try things again

LeCroy was making another healthy snack recipe and wanted to include an ingredient she usually doesn’t like.

“I will be completely honest with you. I’m not a fan of plain yogurt,” she admitted in August 2024 TikTok. “Tastes like sour cream to me, but I’m trying to get better.”

In August 2024, LeCroy took part in a five-day program from Prolon that simulated a starvation diet and reported to her followers how she was doing.

“I did it probably three times a year. I’m going out of town, so I need to put myself forward, she said in a TikTok when preparing one of the Prolon soups. “You get crackers (with the meal), so I like to split them because I only get soup for dinner.”
