Gypsy Rose Blanchard shows off her post-baby body

Gypsy Rose Blanchard shared information about how she is adjusting to her new role as a mom.

33-year-old Blanchard posted a photo of her body after giving birth via her Instagram Story on Friday, January 3, just one week after meeting her daughter.

“Almost a week after giving birth,” Blanchard captioned the message. “I feel more energetic.”

Blanchard and her partner, Ken Urker, greeted the girl on Saturday, December 28, they gave the name Aurora. Following the birth, Urker announced the news on social media via Instagram on Wednesday, January 1.

“Seeing 2025 with the greatest gift of all 👼,” Urker shared alongside a photo of himself, Blanchard and their new baby at the hospital.

It is widely believed that Dee Dee suffered from Munchausen syndrome by proxy, which the Cleveland Clinic defines as “a mental condition in which you pretend that someone with you is sick when they are not.” Throughout her childhood, Gypsy was convinced she had various illnesses, including leukemia, muscular dystrophy and brain damage, and was told she needed a feeding tube and a wheelchair.

Gypsy and Urker previously got engaged in 2018 while she was still in prison. The couple split in 2019 and Gypsy later tied the knot Ryan Anderson in July 2022 while she was behind bars. Their wedding included a small ceremony with no guests.

Shortly after her release in December 2023, Gypsy announced that she and Anderson had split. She officially filed for divorce from Anderson in March 2024.

Four months later, Gypsy confirmed speculation that she was pregnant by Urker.

“I know the rumors have been going around for quite some time, and I’m happy to announce that I’m 11 weeks pregnant,” she said in a July 2024 YouTube video. – Ken and I are expecting our first child. January 2025 will come.”
