Hollywood is gearing up for a dazzling night as the Golden Globes return to kick off awards season with their annual celebration of film and television, known for its champagne-fuelled festivities.

This year’s Golden Globes are expected to feature a star-studded line-up with nominations including Zendaya, Timothee Chalamet, Angelina Jolie, Daniel Craig, Denzel Washington, Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Selena Gomez, Ralph Fiennes, Pamela Anderson, Kate Winslet , Adam Brody, Tilda Swinton, Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant compete in various categories.

How to watch the red carpet

Variety and Entertainment Tonight are teaming up for an official red carpet pre-show that will air on their websites, www.goldenglobes.comand Paramount+. The preshow, hosted by Variety’s Marc Malkin and ET’s Rachel Smith, begins at 6:30 p.m. ET.The Associated Press will air live behind-the-scenes interviews with the Globe winners starting at 8:15 p.m. in the eastern east.
