2025’s top remote work companies revealed with some paying over $100,000

In 2025, some job seekers may be looking for remote positions, and a recent FlexJobs report lists the companies with the most roles that offer that arrangement.
Flexible job posting site Working Solutions ranked #1 in its “Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Work in 2025“The list was published earlier this week.
The company, which also took first place last year, describes itself as a “contact center outsourcer”.
FlexJobs determined its ranking of Working Solutions and 99 other companies it covered in 2024 by looking at “more than 60,000 companies and their remote job postings.” It considered fully remote and hybrid roles. remote jobs.

Following Working Solutions, Liveops, a contact center solutions company, took the same spot as last year on the list of the 100 Best Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2025.
Meanwhile, UnitedHealth Group was looking for candidates for the third most remote jobs in 2024, ranking it No. 3 among the top 2025 candidates. remote work companies, the report says. The healthcare giant is one of only a handful of companies to appear in the rankings “every year since its debut in 2014,” FlexJobs said.

According to the report, the staffing company Kelly and the telecommunications company Telus rounded out the top five.
No. 6 went to Robert Half International, a California-based staffing firm.Prime Therapeutics took the No. 7 spot, followed by Transcom, No. 8, FlexJobs said.
BCD Travel is ranked ninth for 2025. The travel management company has more than 15,000 employees, according to its website.

Amplify Education rounded out FlexJobs’ top 10 for remote jobs The company says on its website that it “creates K-12 core and supplemental curriculum, assessment and intervention programs” and reaches nearly 15 million U.S. students.

FlexJobs also emphasized “top remote control job titles be by companies. They included an accountant, a software engineer, an account executive, a customer service representative, and a project manager, among others.
Pay for such positions varies. Accountants saw $79,880 a year in 2023, while customer service agents earned $39,680 and software engineers earned $130,160, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
A separate ResumeTemplates survey released in late October found that 56% of full-time American workers said they were “already looking for a new job or plan to start one” in 2025.

About 17% of respondents looking to change jobs cited wanting to work remotely as their “main reason,” according to the survey.
